eZ80 Product ID Revision Register
The eZ80 Product ID Revision register identifies the current revision of the
eZ80F91 product. See Table 198. The revision register use the same numbering
used in the mask revision of the die. The first nibble (most-significant) corre-
sponds to a full mask revision, while the second nibble refers to a partial mask
revision.
