Register 0A0H: PILC Transmit FIFO Data High
When writing data to the transmit FIFO, this register must be written to before register 0A1H.

TDAT[31:16] and TDAT[15:0] form the 32-bit wide data word to be written to the FIFO.
The FIFO is organized as 32 bits wide and 64 words deep, giving a total of eight 32 byte
messages.
