Register 0A1H: PILC Transmit FIFO Data Low
Writing to this register will initiate a transfer of TDAT[31:0] into the transmit FIFO.

TDAT[31:16] and TDAT[15:0] form the 32-bit wide data word to be written to the FIFO.
The FIFO is organized as 32 bits wide and 64 words deep, giving a total of eight 32 byte
messages.
