RESET:
PICR sets the interrupt level and vector number for the periodic interrupt timer (PIT).
Bits [10:0] can be read or written at any time. Bits [15:11] are unimplemented and
always read zero.
This field determines the priority of periodic interrupt requests. A value of %000
disables PIT interrupts.
This field specifies the periodic interrupt vector number supplied by the SCIM2 when
the CPU16 acknowledges an interrupt request.
Contains the count value for the periodic timer. This register can be read or written at
any time.
This field determines the periodic interrupt rate. Use the following equations to
calculate timer period.
The following equation calculates the PIT period when a slow reference frequency is
used:
0 = Periodic timer clock not prescaled.
1 = Periodic timer clock prescaled by a value of 512.
