1: Reset the USART.
A software triggered hardware reset of the USART is performed. It resets all the registers, including PIO registers (except
US_PMSR).
• RSTRX: Reset Receiver
0: No effect.
1: The receiver logic is reset.
The internal reset is synchronized with the baud rate clock and is maintained internally for one baud rate clock period. Thus
no byte can be received in the two baud rate clock periods following the receiver reset (this can be avoided by setting the
baud rate clock to 0 and then to the desired value after a receiver reset).
