ILSCIB
The MCCI test register (MTEST) is used during factory testing of the
MCU. Accesses to MTEST must be made only while the MCU is in test
mode.
ILSCIA and ILSCIB — Interrupt Level for SCIA and SCIB

ILSCIA and ILSCIB determine the priority levels of SCIA and SCIB
interrupts, respectively. This field should be programmed to a value
between $0 (interrupts disabled) and $7 (highest priority).
