SCCRO contains the baud rate selection field. The baud rate must be
set before the SCI is enabled. The CPU can read and write this register
at any time.
SCCR0[15:13] — Not Implemented
BR — Baud Rate Field

The SCI baud rate is programmed by writing a 13-bit value to this
field. Writing a value of 0 to BR disables the baud rate generator.
