(a) Transfer data length change function
The CSIFn transfer data length can be set in 1-bit units between 8 and 16 bits using the
CFnCTL2.CFnCL3 to CFnCTL2.CFnCL0 bits.
When the transfer bit length is set to a value other than 16 bits, set the data to the CFnTX or CFnRX
register starting from the LSB, regardless of whether the transfer start bit is the MSB or LSB. Any data can
be set for the higher bits that are not used, but the receive data becomes 0 following serial transfer.
