After a reset, the LSI is in high-speed mode with modules other than the DTC in module stop
mode.
Note: * Subclock functions (subactive mode, subsleep mode, and watch mode) are available in the
Tables 23B-1 and 23B-2 show the internal state of the LSI in the respective modes. Table 23B-3
shows the conditions for shifting between the low power dissipation modes.
Figure 23B-1 is a mode transition diagram.
