(3) 16-bit timer output control register 00 (TOC00)

TOC00 is an 8-bit register that controls the TO00 output.
TOC00 can be rewritten while only OSPT00 is operating (when TMC003 and TMC002 = other than 00).
Rewriting the other bits is prohibited during operation.
However, TOC004 can be rewritten during timer operation as a means to rewrite CR010 (refer to 6.5.1
Rewriting CR010 during TM00 operation).
TOC00 can be set by a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
Reset signal generation clears TOC00 to 00H.
Caution Be sure to set TOC00 using the following procedure.
<1> Set TOC004 and TOC001 to 1.
<2> Set only TOE00 to 1.
<3> Set either of LVS00 or LVR00 to 1.
