2.19.3.1 Serial PROM Mode Control Pins
BOOT-ROM is a mask ROM that contains a program to write the FLASH memory on-board.
The BOOT-ROM is available in a serial PROM mode and it is controlled by BOOT pin and
operation modes in a serial PROM mode: FLASH memory writing mode, RAM loader mode,
FLASH memory SUM output mode and Product discrimination code output mode.
Operating area of serial PROM mode differs from that of MCU mode. The operating area of
serial PROM mode shows in Table 2.19.1.
