You can observe the resources used during dynamic reconfiguration in the
ALTGX_RECONFIG MegaWizard Plug-In Manager. This section contains an estimate
of the LE resources used during dynamic reconfiguration.
You can obtain resource utilization for all other PMA controls from the
ALTGX_RECONFIG MegaWizard Plug-In Manager.
For example, the number of LEs used by one dynamic reconfiguration controller is 43
with only tx_vodctrl selected and the number of registers is 130.
