1.3.7.4.1 TPS2342 Serial Interface
The hot-plug serial interface operates at 8.33 MHz. This interface converts SHPC commands to a serial format
to communicate with the TPS2342 hot-plug power controllers. The hot-plug serial interface is also used to read
status information from the TPS2342 hot-plug power controllers and update the AMD-8132 tunnel SHPC
status registers accordingly. There are four serial interface signals for each serial interface bus: [B,A]_HP_LC,
[B,A]_HP_SID, [B,A]_HP_SOD, [B,A]_HP_CLK.
