Each register except RS1 contains the received CAS bits for two time slots. The received
CAS multiframe is compared with the previously received one. If the contents changed
a CAS multiframe changed interrupt (ISR0.CASC) is generated and informs the user that
a new multiframe has to be read within the next 2 ms. If requests for reading the RS1...16
register are ignored, the received data may be lost. RS1 contains frame 0 of the CAS
multiframe. MSB is received first.
