(3) USB function select register (UHCKMSK)
The UHCKMSK register controls the operation of the data-only RAM when the USB controller function is used.
Even when the USB function controller is not being used, the data-only RAM can be used by setting the
UHCKMSK register.
The UHCKMSK register can be read or written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.
Reset sets this register to 03H.
