Overview
20.1.2 Block Diagram
The embedded flash memory module (HFM) consists of a 64 KB flash array and a
common set of user-accessible registers, which control the sequence of programming or
erasing the flash array and set write protection and flash security. The erase operation
supports the mass erasure of an entire block and a page erase to erase only 2048 bytes.
An erased bit reads 1 and a programmed bit reads 0. The following figure shows the
architecture of the embedded flash module.
