TMP19A44 is equipped with accessible work RAM (48K/24K) and back-up RAM (16K/8KB).
The work RAM and back-up RAM are available for program area and data area. The data in the work RAM is
initialized by reset. The data in the back-up RAM remains intact as long as stable electrical potential is provided
from a power supply unit (BVCC3) even when reset is executed.
To access the back-up RAM in normal mode, 4 clocks are required.
