Description
Port H/CTS input for SCIF1
Though this pin is fixed to input and enters the output Hi-
Z state in the initial state, the internal pull-up MOS is
turned on.
Nonmaskable interrupt request
When this pin is not used, it should be fixed to high.

Though this pin is fixed to input and enters the output Hi-
