SDBSR is a shift register, located on the PAD, for controlling the input/output pins of this LSI.
The initial value is undefined, and this register cannot be accessed from the CPU.
Using the EXTEST and SAMPLE/PRELOAD commands, a boundary scan test conforming to the
JTAG standard can be carried out. Table 26.3 gives the correspondence between the pins of the
SH7660 and boundary scan register.
