23.3
Port D is a 6-bit input/output port with the pin configuration shown in figure 23.3. Each pin has an
input pull-up MOS, which is controlled by the port D control register (PDCR) in the PFC.
23.3.1
Port D has the following register. Refer to section 27, List of Registers, for the address of this
register and state of this register in each processing mode.
• Port D data register (PDDR)
23.3.2
PDDR is a 6-bit readable/writable register that stores data for pins PTD5 to PTD0. Bits PD5DT to
PD0DT correspond to pins PTD5 to PTD0. When the pin function is general output port, if the
port is read, the value of the corresponding PDDR bit is returned directly. When the function is
general input port, if the port is read, the corresponding pin level is read.

cannot be guaranteed.
