The user MAT is divided into 64 Kbytes (128-kbyte version: one block), 32 Kbytes (one block),
and 4 Kbytes (eight blocks) as shown in figure 17.4. The user MAT can be erased in this divided-
block units and the erase-block number of EB0 to EB9 is specified when erasing. It is not divided
on the 32 Kbyte versions of the SH71251A and SH71241A or the 16 Kbyte versions of the
SH71250A and SH71240A.
