collectively defined as a "transfer frame". The start bit consists of 1 bit (L level) and the data consists of 8 bits. Parity
bits are determined by UART0CR1<PE> that selects the presence or absence of parity and UART0CR1<EVEN> that
selects even- or odd-numbered parity. The bit length of the stop bit can be selected at UART0CR1<STBT>.
Setting UART0CR1<IRDASEL> to "1" allows the TXD0 pin to output data in the infrared data format.

The TXD0 pin can output data in the infrared data format (IrDA) by the setting of the IrDA output control register.
