23.2.3 DSU Protecting
The DSU protecting function is a function for invalidating the connection of DSU-probe to prohibit the
third parties other than the user from reading the data of a built-in flash easily.
When SEQMOD register < DSUOFF > bit is "1", the DSU protecting becomes effective with Flash
protected.
The default of the DSUOFF bit is set to "1". It enters the state of the DSU protecting as long as the
FLASH protecting is always effective. If all the blocks in the Flash are protected (Flash protecting
state), DSU protecting is the default setting in the DSUOFF bit.
(Note) The DSUOFF bit can be accessed only with the instruction put on built-in ROM in the
state of ROM data protecting. Please note that it is necessary to put the program of
the DSU protecting release on internal ROM.
