Clear these bits when writing to this register.
These bits select which audio channel (left/right) the
dual-mono data is sent out. The default at power up and
reset is the 0b00 stereo mode.

When this bit is set, the audio outputs are muted.
When this bit is set, the MPEG audio output is muted for
any of the following conditions:
The default value of this bit is 1 (soft mute enabled).
The Linear PCM output is always muted when errors
occur regardless of the setting of this bit.
