Power supply pins. Connect all
these pins to the system power
supply.
Ground pins. Connect all these pins
to the system power supply (0 V).
Power supply pin for an on-chip
PLL oscillator. Connect this pin to
the system power supply.

pulling them down or pulling them
up until the power turns off.
