Internal Flash programming must be performed with a system frequency of 56 MHz or less.
Data Bus Pre-discharge cannot be used to prevent damage due to voltages higher than 3.1 V on the
data bus.
In a dual controller application with the MPC563 as master and MPC561 as slave, revision D of
MPC561 silicon must be used.
