Digital Supply Voltage
Note: All pins must be connected to VDD.
Digital Ground

Analog Supply Voltage:
VDDAX supplies the oscillator circuitry only,
and is internal not connected to VDD in order
to separate possible noise influence from the
noise sensitive part. External, on board level,
the VDDAX can be connected to the same
power supply as the VDD.
Analog Ground
VSSAX is connected to the oscillator circuitry
Gound only, in order to separate possible
noise influence. External, on board level, the
VSSA can be connected to the same Ground
as the VSS.
Digital Ground for USB Transceiver
VSSU is connected to the USB transceiver
only and is internally not connected to the
common ground in order to separate possible
noise influence. External, on board level, the
VSSU can be connected to the same ground
as VSS.
