buffered, Therefore, a new value can be written
to TBUF before the transmission of the previous
value is complete.

depending on the selected mode, the parity bit
in asynchronous and synchronous operating
mode of the ASC.
In asynchronous operating mode with M=011
(7-bit data + parity) the received parity bit is
written into RD7.

(8-bit data + parity) the received parity bit is
written into RD8.
