The PCI inbound window base extended address registers (PIWBEARn) contain the most-significant bits
of a 64-bit base address. Note that inbound window 1 supports only a 32-bit base address and does not
define an inbound window base extended address register. The PIWBEARn are shown in
Table 16-13

The PCI inbound window attributes registers (PIWARn) define the window sizes to translate and other
attributes for the translations. 16 Gbytes is the largest window size allowed. The format of the PIWARn is
